Hi, I’m Erin — the woman behind Wholesome Living Acres. What started as a passion for growing better food for my family has grown into an indoor farm serving our local Central Minnesota community. I grow fresh, clean greens year-round with care, intention, and a whole lot of heart — bringing my family along in the journey whenever they want to jump in.
